Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook chicken breast in boiling water (1 hour) high then lower to boiling point and add salt.
* Step 2
Wash then peal then wash again. Cook in boiling water (20-30min)
* Step 3
Then place in cold water.
* Step 4
Wash the potatoes with the skin and cook it in boiling water for about 20min. check frequently. After its done cool it in cold water then peel.
* Step 5
Cut the carrots and potatoes.
* Step 6
Break apart the chicken breast into small pieces.
* Step 7
Get peas and sweet corn (without the liquid) and place with the rest.
* Step 9
Add caldo de pollo and mix. Add salt as seen fit.
