Vavo's Crème Brulé
My favorite dessert hands down. This four-ingredient custard is among the most simple and elegant of all dessert dishes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a small sauce pan, heat cream to a simmer, do not boil - you will see small bubbles around the edges of the sauce pan
* Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, combine yolks, vanilla and 1/3 cup sugar, whisk until mixed and smooth
* Step 3
Slowly, combine hot cream with yolk mixture, whisking constantly
* Step 4
Pour into ramekins, wide and shallow ramekins are best
* Step 5
Place ramekins in a large baking dish and cover the baking dish tightly and thoroughly with foil
* Step 6
Bake at 330 degrees for 40 minutes
* Step 7
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours
* Step 8
Evenly sprinkle remaining sugar over the top of each custard - about a Tbsp each - and torch until caramelized
* Step 9
Garnish with your favorite berry and a mint leaf, and serve immediately, or chill to serve later
