Ingredient

flour

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix flour, 3/4 cups water and baking powder. To make dough.

* Step 2

Boil 2 1/4 cups water, salt and shortening.

* Step 3

Roll dough into snake like strings and cut into 2 inch length, and add to boiling water.

* Step 4

Cover with with airtight lid until you hear them frying.
