Paksiw na Tilapia
Paksiw is a Filipino style of cooking, whose name means "to cook and simmer in vinegar." Common dishes bearing the term, however, can vary substantially depending on what is being cooked. You can explore different fish to cook these dish. I use Tilapia.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot, place tilapia, garlic, onion, ginger, salt and peppercorn.
* Step 2
Add water, vinegar and cooking oil then add green chili.
* Step 3
Place pot lid and simmer in a medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until tender, then drizzle sesame oil on top
* Step 4
Remove from heat and Serve!
