Chicken Mayo Nuggets with Bell Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine ground chicken with mayo, egg, bell pepper, salt, garlic powder, and katakuriko. Put in the fridge for at least an hour (or overnight, in my case).

* Step 2

The mixture is not too firm, so be careful when shaping the nuggets. Spoon the mixture to breadcrumbs. Use another spoon to coat it evenly.

* Step 3

Fry in medium heat and flip after three minutes or so.
