Egg and Onion Mince

This is actually a very simple recipe, but my kids love it so. Perfect for busy (and lazy) days.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1/2

onion

1 tsp

honey

pinch

salt

1 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the eggs one by one. Add a bit of thyme (or other herbs that you like) on top. Set aside.

* Step 2

Mince the garlic, onion, and shallots. (You can pulse them for a few seconds in a food processor) Add a pinch of thyme.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry the garlic mixture for a minute or so, adding honey and salt. When the mixture is a bit translucent, it is ready.

* Step 4

Add the garlic mixture on top of the egg. Easy peasy and tasty!
