Dulce de Leche Jelly

We wanted something light and fluffy for snack. This jelly is fluffy and tasty!

Ingredient

1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk water with dulce de leche and agar-agar until well-combined.

* Step 2

Beat egg whites until stiff.

* Step 3

Use low heat and stir water + dulce de leche + agar-agar continuously. When it boils, turn off the heat but continue stirring.

* Step 4

Pour slowly into the egg whites and beat for a few seconds.

* Step 5

Pour into mold and wait until it sets.
