Peach Cake

I had some leftover tinned peach and wanted to make something special for my kids. I thought of jelly, but we already had coffee jelly in the fridge, so... I made this instead.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine pancake mix with syrup and egg. Mix well.

* Step 2

Pour into a well-greased dish. Arrange slices of peaches on top.

* Step 3

Bake 30 minutes in 175 Celcius degrees.

* Step 4

I enjoy it with homemade vanilla ice cream. Very tasty!
