Mini Seekh Kebabs

Mini Seekh Kebabs

This is not an authentic recipe. I adjust the spices to my kids' liking. I do not have a grill, so I cook this in a pan. I use medium-sized skewers for this.

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 mini kebabs
250 grams

ground beef

4 slices

bread

1/2 tsp

chili paste

2 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Tear the bread into small pieces.

* Step 2

Combine all ingredients and use your hand to mix all of them well.

* Step 3

Form a patty using your hands, carefully pat it to create a solid form. Insert a skewer in the middle.

* Step 4

Heat the oil in a pan. I use medium heat.

* Step 5

Put the kebabs inside the pan and rotate them every minute or so until they are cooked.
