Omelet Mi Instan (Instant Noodle Omelet)

Yeah, so instant noodles aren't healthy... if you eat them everyday, that is. We rarely eat them. Once or twice a month, maybe. I think this year I've only eaten instant noodles less than five times... well anyway, instant noodles can be upgraded into tasty dishes like omelets, pizza, and the like. You can add corned beef or other meat to this recipe as well. Top the omelet with grated cheddar or parmesan for more oomph!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the noodle until soft. Add the frozen vegetable. Usually I turn off the stove and let the noodle absorb the water a bit.

* Step 2

Remove the water and combine the instant noodle condiment to the noodle and frozen vegetables.

* Step 3

Use low heat. Whisk the eggs and pour slowly into the pan. Cover.

* Step 4

When the omelet is firm, wait until it cools down a bit so it will be firmer. (easier to cut that way!)
