Kani (Imitation Crab) Omelet
Wanted to make something easy and tasty for lunch. Kids love it. The colors are beautiful, too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry onion until translucent. Add kani, stir a bit, but make sure that the onion stays at the bottom. Add celery.
* Step 2
Mix eggs with salt and sugar. Pour into the pan and make sure the eggs reach every corner. Sprinkle crushed black pepper on top.
* Step 4
Pour the water bit by bit on the edges of the pan, so it will steam the omelet. Cover again. It should be ready about ten minutes or so.
