Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the spicy masala powder. Take a pan and add whole dry red chilli, cumin seeds and corriander seeds. In low flame dry roast
* Step 2
Put aside and cool down. Take a mixture jar and add inside and make a coarse powder
* Step 3
Take a pan and add some oil and heat.
* Step 4
Once heated add 1tsp cumin and mustard seeds. Once crackling add the curry leaves and pinch of hing.
* Step 5
Add the boiled potatoes, and saute for 1-2 mins
* Step 6
Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder and corriander powder. Mix well and sauté for few seconds
* Step 7
Lastly add the spicy masala powder we made and 1/2 tsp chat masala and salt to taste. Mix well and sauté for few seconds
* Step 8
Now add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and mix well
* Step 9
Garnish with corriander leaves. Enjoy your spicy potatoes as your starter or side dish.
