清湯蘿蔔牛肉 (Radish Beef Broth)

x Beef

5-8 slices

x Ginger

2 pieces

x Bay Leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

High heat with Olive Oil, add the beef and cook it until it gets brown. Add little Sake to it to add more smell to it.

* Step 2

Add Green Onions and Ginger, cook them until they also get brown, then add the Radish and Bay Leaves.

* Step 3

Add Water to cover all the ingredients. Add one piece of Crystal Sugar and some Soy Sauce to the point that every single piece of ingredients have some soy sauce on them. All the rest of the seasonings - black pepper. Add enough black pepper to ensure the broth will have a spicy flavor.

* Step 4

Cook until the Radish gets soft, add some salt if the dish is not salty enough.
