Coconut Milk French Toast
When I was a kid my mom always got up early and made a fresh & tasty breakfast and lunch box for the family.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put coconut milk & beaten eggs in a bowl and mix well.
* Step 3
Soak sliced bread in the egg mixture and then keep in the refrigerator over night. *If you want to cook right away, wait at least 30 mins. But, egg mixture will not soak deep inside the bread...
* Step 4
Leave at room temperature for a while before baking.
* Step 5
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
* Step 6
Bake both sides of the bread until it becomes light brown.
* Step 7
Place bread onto a plate and sprinkle shredded coconut lightly.
* Step 8
Put coconut milk jam on top.
* Step 9
Place rapsberry & blueberry around the bread, and done!
