Spicy Peanut Butter Slaw

**I was out of fresh cilantro so I used 1 T of dried cilantro. I like it like that!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
* Step 2
Add slaw ingredients to dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until chilled and toss again before serving.
