One-Plate Dinner Tomato and Anchovy Pasta.
This is a one-plate dinner I like to make whenever dad doesn't need to eat at home.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic powder, mashed anchovies, shimeji mushrooms, and spinach and stir-fry.
* Step 2
Add the tomato sauce to Step 1. Boil the pasta in salted water and coat with the sauce to finish!!
* Step 3
The side salad is an avocado salad..
