Mississippi Style Pork Roast
We have made the Mississippi pot roast before, and it's very good, and so easy. But I wanted to try pork, and kick it up a little. Here is where I took it.
This wasn't really spicy at all, but I wouldn't classify it as bland.
Not hard to do in any way.
Plus it is in a slow cooker, so it just sits there all day and does it's thing.
10 minutes at most to set it up.
5 minutes at the end.
Easy Peasy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
A boneless is better, but this was on sale, so I use it.
* Step 2
You can brown the meat in a skillet first, if you choose, or just put it in the slow cooker.
* Step 3
Next sprinkle your dressing and soup packets on top of the meat.
* Step 4
Sprinkle the garlic powder, place your butter on top.
* Step 5
I decided to go with the hot (well medium) veggies instead of the normal peppers.
* Step 6
Just place them on top, and couple tablespoons of the juice if you desire.
* Step 7
Cover, set on low for 6-8 hours
* Step 8
I take tongs, remove bone/s, break the today up and mix it with everything
* Step 9
Serve it over noodles, mashed potatoes, rice, or as a sandwich. Rice shown here.
* Step 10
I like to "mix mine up", the wife doesn't
