Stir-fry Sugar Snap Peas & Mushrooms
I like peas, and sugar snap are better for you, and better for diabetics than regular peas. Working doesn't always leave a lot of time to cook, so I like tasteful, easy to make side dishes such as this. I hope you think so also.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a stir-fry pan/wok/skillet melt butter over medium heat
* Step 4
Stir for 1 minute so the garlic imparts some flavor into the oil
* Step 5
Add sliced mushrooms, stir until about half way cooked to your liking.
* Step 6
My wife liked me to tip the peas first, so I do, but it is not required if you don't care. Add peas to pan.
* Step 7
Stir constantly until peas take on a bright green color, about 5 minutes.
* Step 8
Add black pepper and salt, stir for about 2 or 3 more Minutes
