Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix 1/2 lime juice with ground pork. Let stand for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Heart a pan on high until very hot. add water, then the pork and stir.
* Step 3
Keep stirring until the pork is done.
* Step 4
Put the sauce ingredients in a bowl large enough to hold everything, including the pork. mix together.
* Step 5
Add pork to sauce in bowl, mix well
* Step 6
Taste. it should be a little spicy and tart. modify fish sauce or lime and required.
* Step 7
Best to serve with rice, and can do a lettuce wrap or rice bowl thing.
