Authentic Spanish Red Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a 8 inch cast iron or non stick skillet on medium high heat
* Step 2
Heat up 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
* Step 3
Drop a grain of rice if it sizzles and floats to the top you can add
* Step 4
The rice & onion cook untill lightly brown not to brown because it will come out to hard if it’s too brown
* Step 5
When it is lightly brown add the 1/3 cup of tomato sauce mix well and fry for about 2 seconds
* Step 6
Add the 3-4 cups of Luke warm water untill rice is covered
* Step 7
Add the 2 tablespoons of tomato bouillon powder and two tablespoons of Mexican salsa mix well then
* Step 8
Let come to a boil cover rice reduce heat to medium low
* Step 9
Let cook for 20 minutes set aside to cool enjoy
