Mimi's Panna Cotta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bloom "gelatin" in "cold water"
* Step 2
In a pot, on medium heat, mix "milk" and "whipped cream" and "granulated sugar" until the sugar melted
* Step 3
Take the pot off the stove and add in the gelatin and milk until well combined
* Step 4
Pour it through colander once to make sure there's no solid part
* Step 5
Pour the batter into any cups you like
* Step 6
Fridge for at least 4 hours before serving
* Step 7
For the berry sauce, in a pot or pan, mix the "berries" and "granulated sugar" together until you get the sweetness you like
