Mimi's Basque (Almost) Burnt Cheesecake
...still isn't burnt as much as I wanted though well better keep trying
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix "cream cheese" and "caster sugar" and "corn flour" together using hand-mixer
* Step 3
Add "whipping cream" and "vanilla extract" and mix until well-combined
* Step 4
Pour into cake tin with baking paper in it
* Step 5
Bake at 150C for 20-25 minutes you will get the color like my photo but if you want it burnt not almost burnt then go for 210C for 20-25 minutes
