Hot and sour soup (No meat & Easy)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soften the black fungus and shiitake mushrooms with hot water.
* Step 2
Shred tofu, carrot. Black fungus, mushrooms cut into strips.
* Step 3
Mix white pepper and vinegar. Mix corn starch and water. Stir the eggs evenly.
* Step 4
Boil carrots, shiitake, black fungus, and tofu.
* Step 6
Mix in the egg and stir slowly.
* Step 8
Add corn starch water, stir quickly and bring to boil.
* Step 9
A. Important: Add the white pepper and vinegar to the soup right before serving. (These two will become tasteless if cook for too long.)
