Kale Chips
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 300F/ 150C. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
* Step 2
Remove leaves from the stems of the kale and roughly tear it up into large pieces. Wash the leaves and dry.
* Step 3
Combine all dry seasoning into a bowl and set aside.
* Step 4
Add kale leaves into a mixing bowl. Add olive oil to the mixing bowl and make sure to coat thoroughly. Now sprinkle on the dry seasonings, toss to combine.
* Step 5
Spread out the kale leaves onto the baking pan evenly. Bake for 20 - 25 mins.
* Step 6
Take out the pan and cool the kale on the baking pan for a few mins, this will make the kale chips crispier.
* Step 7
