Three Colors on Rice Bowl

We call this 三色丼 San Shoku Don. Green vegetable, egg and something red on the rice. #GoldenApron23

Ingredient

2 pieces

salmon

1 teaspoon

soy sauce

2 tablespoon

water

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut salmon and marinate it with soy sauce and salt. Put one piece of dried kelp on salmon in bag. And deflate the bag.

Cook it in slow cooker 50℃ for 30 minutes.

Boil green vegetable, spinach, snow peas in salted water. Fry egg and cut thinly.

* Step 4

Put cooked rice in bowl and sprinkle Nori dried seaweed on it. Place three kind of ingredients on the rice. Eat with soy sauce to taste.
