* Step 1
This is red radish pickles I made. You can use red ginger or beetroot. Chop very small and mix pickles in rice.
* Step 2
Roll the rice mixed with pickles with half a sheet of seaweed.
* Step 3
Put rice on Nori sheet and stick one sheet of seaweed and half of the seaweed together. Put cheese and rice on Nori seaweed, and put pickled sushi on and roll it up.
* Step 4
Make good shape with hands.
