Japanese Daikon Radish Furikake
I sometimes make this Furikake with leftover vegetables. Putting it on hot rice or mixing it in Onigiri Rice ball is so tasty. #ChristmasGift
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop Daikon Radish stalk and Shiitake mushroom.
* Step 2
First fry radish stalk with vegetable oil. Then add mushroom and baby sardines. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt, a pinch of sugar and a little of soy sauce.
* Step 3
Keep in sealed container box in refrigerator.
* Step 4
Mix Furikake in hot rice and make Onigiri rice ball.
