Butter-fried Gyngko Nuts

In Japan Gyngko nuts are now at the vegetable shop. This is one of the menus served at Japanese Izakaya pub #Christmasgift

Break the ginkgo shell with a cutter

Leave the skin of the ginkgo nuts intact.

Boil Gyngko nuts in water and stir occasionally. Boil them until the skin is removed.

You can keep nuts in freezer.

Stick the ginkgo nuts on a toothpick and fry them with a little butter. Sprinkle with salt.
