Buttery Cabbage Pie
This pie crust is so buttery and tasty. Today I found a big cabbage and much brown mushroom in my refrigerator that I bought a few days ago at the market.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Shred cabbage and chop brown mushroom. Fry them with butter until softened and season with Maggie cube.
* Step 2
After softened the cabbage is like this color. Cool it on plate.
* Step 3
Mix yogurt, salt, egg and baking powder. Melt unsalted butter and mix it with yogurt mixture.
* Step 4
Add bread flour and make soft dough. Divide dough into small and big pieces. Wrap the dough with film and wait 30 minutes.
* Step 5
Roll out the larger piece of dough with a rolling pin. And put cabbage filling, then cover with smaller dough. Pinch around the dough to seal. Make a small hole on center.
* Step 6
Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 40 minutes.
