Japanese Homemade Ikura(salmon egg)

Ikura, seasoned salmon egg, is so expensive in Japan. So when I buy fresh good salmon egg in autumn, I make it myself.

Ingredient

2 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 tablespoon

Sake (option)

1/2 teaspoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put salmon egg Ikura in warm water(50℃).

Remove skin of egg and take eggs out.

Make marinate seasoning mix. Put eggs in it and keep it in refrigerator for more than a half day.
