Japanese Chilled Tomato

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove tomato stem. And pour boiling water.

After 30 seconds peel tomato skin with your hand.

Mix sugar and salt. Sprinkle it on tomatoes.

Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours or a half day.
