* Step 1
To clean the shells, soak them in water for about a day and put them in the refrigerator. This Shijimi mussel lives in fresh water.
* Step 2
Put mussels in water and boil.
* Step 3
When all the mussels are opened, add miso in it. And turn off the flame just before boiling.
