Japanese Red Rice (Osekihan お赤飯)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put red beans and 200ml water in pressure pan and start cook. When pressure is applied, simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Separate the beans and the boiled soup. Wash rice.
* Step 3
Pour 250ml(water+red bean soup+ 1/2 teaspoon salt) in pan and cook for 4 minutes after being pressured.
* Step 4
Let the pan stay for 20 minutes. Then open the lid and mix.
* Step 5
When we eat this Osekihan we sprinkle black sesame seeds and salt. Enjoy👏
