Cheese and Potato Bread

My Uzbekistan friend taught me her mother’s cheese and potato bread. This is so soft and yummy. #CookpadChristmas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Warm milk and mix all the liquid ingredients and yeast. Shred potato and cheese. Combine and mix.

* Step 2

Add flour and mix with spatula and make soft dough. It’s so soft so you can’t knead. Rest it covered with film for 1 hour.

* Step 3

The size is double then knead with spatula again. Rest again. Spread butter in mold. Put the dough in mold after raising.

* Step 4

Put your fingers in olive oil and make these holes like these photos.

* Step 5

Put sliced cheese in line. Rest for more 10 minutes. Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
