Japanese Cold Miso Soup with Rice (冷汁)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak dried kelp and bonito flakes in 2 cups water for a few hours. Start boiling but just before boiling please turn off the flame. And drain with colander. Please don’t squeeze, the soup stock gets bitter. And cool it in refrigerator.
* Step 2
Take some soup stock in bowl and mix miso well and pour rest of the soup. And check the taste.
* Step 3
Cut all vegetables and herbs into small pieces. Green onion, Shiso Herb, Okra, ginger and cucumber etc..
* Step 4
Put Herb and vegetables in miso soup. Cut fresh fish into small dice.
* Step 5
Put hot rice in bowl and Sashimi fish and ice cubes on rice. Pour miso soup over it.
* Step 6
Today’s lunch. Enjoy 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵
