Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash,peel kohlrabies, cut into 1/2 inch cubes,drop into boiling water,cook until tender. Add salt,drain. Make sauce of butter,flour,milk,seasoning. Add beaten egg yolk. Cook in double boiler, pour over hot vegetable.
