Sukiyaki (Japanese Beef Pot)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This is Shungiku (edible chrysanthemum, crown daisy). Tofu and vegetables.
* Step 2
Combine all the soup ingredients.
* Step 3
Put beef fat on pan and fry beef. Then put Sukiyaki soup on it.
* Step 4
Add vegetables and Tofu. Beat egg.
* Step 5
Dip beef and vegetable in egg. Put Shichimi chili powder to taste.
* Step 7
Lastly put Udon noodles and cook with Sukiyaki soup.
