Japanese Sansho Pepper
Walking in the park I found big tree of Japanese Sansho pepper. The tree was very tall, but I used an umbrella to pick the peppercorns. But the tree was full of thorns and hurt‼️I’m happy because if I buy this at vegetable shop, it’s so expensive.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This is the Sansho Pepper tree. I could pick this amount.
* Step 2
Cut the peppercorns from the branches with scissors.
* Step 3
Boil in hot water for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Cool in water for 1 hour.
* Step 5
Put Sansho pepper and salt in small bottle.
* Step 6
Today’s dinner. Bowl of rice and grilled eel with Sansho pepper.
