Steamed Tomato Bread

Dry yeast ferments various things. This time I fermented tomato. I made steamed bread, but it is delicious if it is baked like pancakes.

Ingredient

1.5 tablespoon

sugar

1 teaspoon

salt

1 cup (200 cc)

bread flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove tomato skin and blend egg and tomato. The total amount of egg and tomato mixture is 250cc this time. Add dried yeast, sugar, salt, glutinous rice flour and bread flour.

Mix well and wrap with film. Rest until the size is double.

Put chopped dried tomato and green onion. Ferment again.

Put the batter in mold and steam with high flame for 1 hour.

This steamed bread is lovely colored and very moist. Baking this batter on pan like pancake is also delicious.
