Potato Bread with Dried Tomato

I put potatoes in the bread dough and fermented it. And dried tomatoes on potato bread. Delicious!

Ingredient

egg

1 tablespoon

yogurt

1 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1 tablespoon

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wrap potato and microwave. Remove skin of potato and put potato, egg, olive oil and yogurt in blender.

Put dried yeast, sugar and salt in mixture.

Add flour in it and knead well until the surface is smooth.

* Step 4

Let the dough rest until it is double in size. Spread the dough and put dried tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.

* Step 5

Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 15~20 minutes.
