Japanese Zousui (seasoned rice-porridge with fish)
I ordered fish with the help of a fisherman. I received a lot of very fresh and good fish, so I made various Japanese fish dishes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fish white fillet meat. Use 1 fillet sliced. Chop spring onion.
* Step 2
Put dried kelp in water and stay for more than 1 hour.
* Step 3
Turn on the flame and when the water just boil, take dried kelp out.
* Step 4
Put rice and cook till it boiled. Salt to taste. If you have Shiro Dashi, season with it.
* Step 5
Put egg and stir with chopsticks. Add spring onion.
* Step 6
Put fish fillet and turn off the flame and cover with lid. Wait for a minute, the fish will cook very soft.
* Step 7
