Apricot Cookie Cake

#mycookbook This cake is so delicious. You can make your own cake with this dough putting jam, chocolate, nuts and dried fruit.

Ingredient

300 ml

water

50 g

sugar

200 g

flour

100 g

butter

1 tablespoon

sour cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook dried organic apricot until softened. And remove seeds.

Mix all wet ingredients in food processor, and add flour.

* Step 3

Divide small and big dough. And wrap smaller one and keep in refrigerator or freezer for a while. Put big dough in mold.

* Step 4

Today I have white chocolate leftover I put it on dough and then put cooked apricot on it. You can put any dried fruits, jam or chocolates.

Slice small dough with slicer. Put it on top.

Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 30 minutes.
