Japanese Radish Soup and Pickles (chrysanthemum)
#mycookbook We make this sweet vinegar radish for New Years special food. But you can use this idea to put chrysanthemum radish in soup, salad, and any other dish.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel radish. Place chopsticks both side. And slice very thinly.
* Step 2
Turn the position and slice.
* Step 3
Sprinkle salt and rest 30 minutes. After water comes out, squeeze tightly.
* Step 4
Put it in sweet vinegar with chili for a day.
* Step 6
For soup boil radish for 3 minutes and put in soup.
