Mango and Mangosteen

I love coconut milk sticky rice. I made lovely Kawaii mangosteen with black and white sticky rice.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

sticky rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak sticky rice in water for half day. And steam rice. I steam white rice in high pressure pan for 5 minutes and black rice for 8 minutes.

Add sugar, a pinch of salt and coconut powder (1 teaspoon).

* Step 3

Make small black ball and wrap it with white rice. And wrap with film.

* Step 4

Tie with rubber bands like these photo. Cool in refrigerator for a while.
