Korean Summer Noodle in Soybean Soup (콩국수)

My Korean friend taught me this summer noodle. Seasoning only salt but this soup is so delicious.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1/2 teaspoon

salt (to taste)

150-250 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove skins of soybeans.

* Step 2

Blend soybeans, water and salt until very smoothly. If you like thick soup, put 150ml water. If you like thin soup put more.

* Step 3

Cool in refrigerator.

Boil noodles and wash well and cool in cold water. Pour soybeans soup.

Enjoy with kimchi😋
