Beef and Cottage Cheese Bread

This bread is so soft and looking so nice my friend made for me.#bakingcontest

Ingredient

250 g

milk

50 g

butter

1 teaspoon

salt

1 tablespoon

sugar

1 tablespoon

cut parsley

to taste

Salt pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Warm milk and mix melted butter, salt, sugar and dried yeast in it.

Add flour in it and knead well. Make soft and smooth dough.

Cover with film and wrap with big towel. Stay warm place for 30 minutes till double in size.

Cut parsley and mix with cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread butter thinly in mold. And put dough and make shape.

Make shape with fingers putting egg york.

Brush egg yolk

Sprinkle sesame and rest for 20 minutes. And bake for 20 minutes in 180℃ preheated oven.
