Wantan soup and Fried Wantan
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chicken stock: cook chicken bones and vegetables for 30 minuets in pressure pot.
* Step 2
Mix pork and spring onion with seasoning.
* Step 3
Wrap pork mixture with Wantan sheet
* Step 4
Fry Wantan in 1cm deep vegetable oil. (20 Wantan)
* Step 5
Boil Wantan and pour soup in bowl. Garnish with green onion.
* Step 6
Season chicken stock with soy sauce, salt and sesame oil.
