Mixed Sushi Rice with Green Vegetables

I bought good fish and shrimp today. And I made Sushi Rice with green vegetable. #eattherainbow

Ingredient

salmon

Shrimp

1 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 tablespoon

sugar

1 tablespoon

rice vinegar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1 tablespoon

sesame

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Seafood I bought today. Boil shrimp.

Make soy sauce mixture and put salmon and shrimp in it for 10 minutes.

Perilla, parsley, green onion from my garden pots. Any green is ok.

Cut finely.

Make vinegar mixture and sprinkle on cooked rice and let it cool.

Mix green vegetable and seafood and sesame.

Put salmon egg on top.
