I like this big dark cherry and I always keep my homemade cherry in fridge. Today I made easy roll cake with this cherry. #berrybonanza

Ingredient

1 cup

cream

1 tablespoon

condensed milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ingredients. Beat eggs and powder sugar with hand mixer for 15 minuets.

Mix rice flour in it.

Divide 3 tablespoon of cake mixture for 2 colors and mix well. And pour the cake batter into 25×25cm square oven paper mold.

Draw cherry with 2 colors cake batter.

* Step 5

Bake in 190℃ preheated oven for 8 minuets.

Cover with aluminum film and cool down.

Remove the film when it’s cool. The surface of cake is removed.

Whip cream. Add sugar to taste. Turn over the cake on oven sheet.

Put cream and cherries and roll the cake.
