This is my mother’s original rice. I sometimes make for my family.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut potatoes into small diced.

Fry in vegetable oil till crispy and good brown. Sprinkle salt.

* Step 3

Put and mix fried potatoes with cooked rice. If you like please season salt to rice.

Garnish with sesame.
